چکیده
In the current study, thermo-tolerant fungal isolates were screened for their ability to metabolize L-methionine by γ-lyase (MGL). Among 63 isolates, fifteen exhibited MGL induction as evidenced qualitative assay method using phenol red. Then, quantitative indicates that coded 26 & 37 most potent production. Fungal mycelium treatment under sonication process proved isolate No. could be release with maximum activity, meanwhile has been produced extracellularly same culture conditions. Thereafter, characterization and identification of these two was carried out morphological, microscopic examination molecular techniques. consequence this characterization, identified Aspergillus fumigates Rhizomucor miehei respectively. Different conditions Plakket-Burmn design define significant parameters affect strains. Using response surface model, independent optimized through a central composite (CCD) maximize extracellular intracellular A. fumigatus R. miehei. Statistical optimization Response methodology (RSM) revealed yeast extract, incubation period temperature factors production where 8.27 U/mg. Additionally, glycerol, PH, inoculum size efficient 12.37

متن کاملProduction of L-Asparaginase by Serratia marcescens SB08: Optimization by Response Surface Methodology
This paper describes optimization method that combines the Plackett-Burman design, a factorial design and the response surface method, which were used to optimize the medium for the production of L-asparaginase by Serratia marcescens SB08. Four medium factors, from out of 11 medium factors, were screened by Plackett-Burman design experiments and subsequent optimization process to find out the o...
متن کاملSynthesis of nano-structured sphene and mechanical properties optimization of its scaffold via response surface methodology
Nano-structured sphene (CaTiSiO5) powder was synthesized via mechanical activation and heat treatment method. The synthesized powder was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and simultaneous thermal analysis (STA). The sphene scaffolds were then fabricated via porogen method (using citric acid). Response surface methodology was successfully used to d...
